Five Star Manufacturing holds on to the tradition of exacting measurements on each and every piece we manufacture. We create machined components for the toughest industries in the world, including the fields of aerospace, medical, and semiconductors. They depend on the accuracy, pricing, and turn-around that we deliver.
Our 37,500 square feet of manufacturing space has been designed to facilitate work flow. Bar coded process travelers track production at every level and allow for cost analysis. A powerful CAD/CAM system drives our CNC machinery. In addition, numerous secondary operations including laser welding, laser marking/engraving, sandblasting, electropolishing, passivation, and polishing are all performed in-house.
This combination gives us greater control over the products and is important for improving turn-around times. We have the capabilities and capacities of running single prototypes to large volume productions, up to thousands of pieces per week.
