Our knowledgeable customer service representatives can take your order, input it into our state-of-the-art MRP system and provide a quote in a timely manner. Once accepted, we can transfer this information to an order, allocate the material and produce a fully bar-coded process traveler and work instruction.
Our highly-skilled machinists and programmers will establish a process to manufacture your products to stringent specifications, completely traceable and documented within a delivery schedule that meets our customer's needs.
We have the knowledge to manufacture, stainless steels, titanium, aluminum, nylon and specialty plastics, carbon fiber, cobalt–chrome and other exotic metals.
We maintain a full service facility encompassing all machining technologies, Electro Discharge Machining (EDM), Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM), laser marking, engraving and welding, 5th Axis CNC machining, AutoCAD, SurfCAM and MasterCAM software capabilities.
